The new shipping/distribution center in Landsberg serves as the global supply hub for all products in the combi-steamer segment, including accessories, cleaners, and care products.

The new building consists of a single-story hall with 10,500 m² dedicated to the shipping center and an overlying multi-story office wing with 4,700 m². This office wing also includes a company restaurant and a production kitchen.

The hall height in the shipping/logistics hall will be 9 meters, sufficiently high to efficiently accommodate automated racking systems in the future. On the south side of the office wing, there are five loading bays for goods reception. This area also includes an integrated recycling collection point within the building, featuring presses for residual waste and paper/cardboard, as well as small containers for other waste fractions.
