At the same construction site in Munich, Germany, as the 'The Rising Sun' project, an entire block was developed with an alternative selection of the focus area. The project integrated solutions for social needs, residential housing, and space for education.

The project features one main building volume that is meticulously crafted to blend modern architectural elements with lush greenery. The façade is characterized by large, expansive windows and balconies adorned with vertical gardens, creating a living, breathing façade that promotes a connection to nature.

In addition to the vertical gardens, the project includes rooftop gardens that provide communal outdoor spaces for relaxation, socializing, and urban gardening. These rooftop areas offer panoramic views of the city and serve as a retreat for the building’s residents.

Each unit includes generous balconies that extend the living spaces outdoors, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and greenery right outside their doors. These balconies are designed to offer privacy while maintaining a sense of openness and connection to the exterior environment.

This residential unit integrates space-efficient floor heating and an effective ventilation system, optimizing energy use and indoor air quality for a comfortable, eco-friendly living environment.

On the northern side of the building, metal panels are installed that are efficiently connected to the building's water circulation system. This system culminates in a thin water pool at the ground level, adding a calming water feature that enhances the building's aesthetic and environmental appeal.
